All-in-one combo units have become very popular in recent years. Designed to fit under your TV, the H-500Di was engineered with audio reproduction quality as it's first priority. To do this, we used a 3-channel, 160 watt amplifier to power the 4 fullrange speakers and 2 subwoofers. It was not until after the sonic goals were achieved that the rest of the features were added, unlike combo units that focus solely on ergonomics with little to no regard for sound quality. With an internal volume larger than shallow soundbars, we can achieve fuller response, which is in part due to primarily wooden construction that has better damping and acoustic properties, rather than "twangy" plastic enclosures. The result? Tonally accurate, uncolored music. Add features like a motorized iDock for iPod/iPhone/iPad, DVD/CD player, FM radio, 5 user selectable equalizer presets, 4-level Rich Sound bass enhancement, full-feature learning remote control, and High Resolution Virtual Surround, you'll have all the electronics and acoustics for a great musical experience... Inputs include USB, Optical, 3.5mm and RCA. Outputs include RGB (component), and A/V RCA (composite).
